BioDlogics is a biomedical company formed in 2005 to engage in the development and commercialization of novel wound covering products derived from amniotic tissue. We believe that regenerative medicine will fundamentally change the standard of care for the treatment of many common diseases, as well as the post-operative complications inherent in many surgical procedures. Our research and development is focused on the regenerative potential of amniotic tissue given the unique immune privilege that characterizes its function in the body. From the recovery of the tissue from live, healthy donors during childbirth to the development of new products that will improve patient outcomes, we are committed to unlocking the regenerative potential of the human body. Quite simply, at BioDlogics, we believe the use of live, healthy donors provides a better approach to regenerative medicine.

BioDlogics is a wholly owned subsidiary of BioD, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and is registered as a tissue bank with the FDA.  Our tissue procurement activities are conducted through BioRecovery, LLC, also a wholly owned subsidiary of BioD.
